Tritech Engineering was appointed as mechanical services contractor for new pharma facility comprising laboratories and associated support rooms, cellular office space, meeting rooms & canteen.

The mechanical engineering services comprises of energy efficient VRF air conditioning system to all office areas, mechanical heat recovery ventilation, chemical fume cupboards & associated exhaust systems, close control units to comms room, water services, medical gas installations.

The project was designed with a high level of M&E co-ordination including 3D scanning, Revit MEP modelling (BIM).
