Wheatfield Prison

Tritech Engineering carried out the electrical services element of the refurbishment of Wheatfield Prison. The project consisted of the installation of sub-mains cabling & distribution boards, general & emergency lighting, general services, fire detection, UPS and BMS control wiring.

Dublin Airport Hangar Upgrades

Tritech Engineering completed a mechanical services upgrade of Hangars 2-5 Dublin airport with PJ Hegarty & Sons. over a two year period commencing April 2010.

Loughan House

Loughan house is a correctional facility situated in Cavan. The facility is designed to rehabilitate inmates and prepare them for integration into their own communities. As part of this rehabilitation process they are provided with education programmes.

Tritech was appointed the mechanical services contract on this leading edge education facility. The brief was to provide 250 inmates with an educational facility which not only provided their basic educational requirements similar to a traditional school building but to provide this with safety and security paramount in importance.

Multiple technical teaching rooms and associated equipment were provided in line with the facilities teaching programmes; woodwork rooms, metalwork rooms, building skills, industrial cleaning, light industrial, music rooms, science labs, home economics & are rooms.

The building was constructed using modular technology to ensure delivery of a high quality building on a fast track programme.

  • Heat Recovery Ventilation.
  • Above Ground Drainage
