Project Scope:

Tritech were the electrical services contractor for this project. The project was a new build that consisted of the full electrical installation for 202 bedrooms, bar, dining area, plantrooms & staff areas. Retail units located below the hotel also received a Cat A fit out in preparation for handover to new clients.

Client vision/objectives:

The client wanted an urban inspired external and internal design to create an instant impact. The hotel is very contemporary with vibrant communal spaces that complement the 4-star amenities. It offers innovated accommodations to match the growing area that surrounds the premises.

Unique challenges of the project:

This confined urban environment presented several challenges in construction. The team on site was able to deal with these comfortably thanks to its considerable collective experience on similar projects. 

Tritech Methods/Innovations:

We applied MMOC operations to fabricate containment runs that resulted in a site labour saving of 42% when compared to traditional installation methods.
