Project Scope:
Charlestown PH 2 is a multi-story residential development located at Charlestown shopping centre complex, Dublin. The development consists of 377 high-end apartments split across six Blocks. All blocks share a common underground carpark.
Client vision/objectives:
To provide both general housing accommodation and social housing accommodation in an area located just off the M50 while close to Dublin airport with great local amenities.
Unique challenges of the project:
Working in an occupied shopping centre premises and integrating new mechanical, electrical & life safety systems into the existing plant infrastructure.
Tritech Methods/Innovations:
Tritech’s management team continually communicated with both the main contractor and the client's management team to ensure all integrating services were completed without incident. The extent of existing services required detailed survey & coordination to ensure full design compliance. Tritech worked closely with the clients team to ensure the most sustainable friendly technologies and products were utilised throughout the project.
