Purpose of Role: We are currently looking for an ambitious Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical skills and proven experience in all aspects of mechanical design, construction, safety & client satisfaction.   This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Undertake a full design review of drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure compliance with the applicable standards and industry guides. Ensure Works are installed in accordance with Project specifications and to the Project QA plan (namely pre-agreed benchmarking)
  • Responsible for developing engineering alternative solutions, including detailed calculations and sketches for client approval.
  • Familiarisation of Design/IFC specifications and drawings to fully understand the scope of the Project works ensuring spec compliance and as per schedule priority. This will require generation/management of Requests for Information (RFI) for issuing to the client
  • Engineering software tools including, Navisworks, BIM 360, Procore or similar.
  •  Review of the co-ordinated construction drawings and documentation and prepare and monitor technical submittals for approval by the client.
  •  Detailed review of specialist supplier packages for compliance with project specification, applicable industry standards and design intent specifications.
  • Prepare and monitor procurement schedule in conjunction with the procurement team
 Role Requirements:
  • A Level 7/8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years’ experience in similar industry is desirable.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD, Navisworks and Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Excellent time management and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and work to strict deadlines

Purpose of Role: Due to continuous expansion, Tritech Group are seeking an experienced mechanical Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site from initiation to completion. The candidate will report directly to the Mechanical Operations Director. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with project stakeholders namely client design team, main contractor, suppliers, sub-contractors to ensure scope of works are delivered and shareholder requirements are met.
  • Manage & coordinate all phases of the Mechanical Services project delivery cycle from Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning.
  • Attend site on a regular basis to ensure quality, safety and procurement issues are within project targets.
  • Ensure financial aspects of project are managed on an ongoing basis.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Conducting regular, formal/ informal site audits, observation and carrying out required inspections as directed in the Safety Management System and applicable legislation.
  • Ensure records of statutory inspections are kept up to date for all activities, and plant equipment.
  • Liaising with site supervision on shortfalls, necessary improvements, and report back to EHS manager.
  • Investigating Incident and accidents and capturing onto the HSMS
  • Accompany and assist with site Inspection visits as required by the Health & Safety Authority
  • Delivering Health & Safety induction programs for new employees and contractors working on site.
  • Managing and making recommendations for Personal Protection Equipment required
  • Serving as representative at H&S related weekly site meetings and keeping minutes.
  • Organising and chairing the Safety Meetings for Contractor and Sub-Contractors personnel.
  • Ensuring sub-contractor safety statement, relevant documentation and records as well as required Method statement are available on site and assess sub-contractor statements and method statements, assisting where required.
  • Advising / assisting Site Management in drafting and communicating RAMS.
  • Compiling, updating and communication site Emergency Plans
  • Site safety equipment like fire extinguishers and first aid box inspections.
  • Collecting and collating relevant information for inclusion in the Safety File and preparing for handover to the Client at the end of the project.
  • Liaising with management in relation to Training requirements
  • Facilitating toolbox talks.
  • Assisting with ISO audit compliance, and H & S related assistance when required by the H&S Manager and Director.
  • Liaising with main contractors and their site safety teams.
  •  Attending department meetings.
Role Requirements:
  • Recognised EHS Qualification
  • 1 years’ minimum experience
  • Previous experience with M&E Contractors on Construction Sites a distinct advantage
  • Capacity to multi-task across multiple sites
  • IT Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Valid Irish Driver’s license required
  • Valid SAFE PASS and Manual handling certificates
  • Valid working permit
  • Team Player must demonstrate works collaboratively in a team environment

Purpose of Role: The Senior Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of mechanical systems for construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, as well as experience in estimating and project management. The Senior Mechanical Estimator will play a key role in the success of our construction projects by ensuring mechanical systems are estimated accurately and competitively. This role is an office-based role based in HQ in Dublin. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyse project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work required for mechanical systems.
  • Prepare accurate estimates of the cost of materials, labour, and equipment needed for mechanical systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other vendors to ensure that materials and services are priced accurately and competitively.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop value engineering ideas to optimize costs and project schedule.
  • Coordinate with other trades to ensure accurate integration of all systems.
  • Develop proposals and bid packages for mechanical systems.
  • Evaluate change orders and provide estimates for changes in scope of work.
  • Conduct post-project cost analysis to evaluate and improve estimating accuracy.
Role/Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical estimating
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and project plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with estimating software such as Trimble, Bluebeam & On Centre take-off is a plus

  • Managing the bidding process for projects to ensure that they adhere to company standards.
  • Ensuring that all work complies with site and Health & Safety regulations.

  • Evaluate overall project performance on a regular basis on a regular basis to provide confidence that the project will satisfy the relevant quality standards.
  • Liaise with client & management team on an ongoing basis to ensure scope of works is delivered & shareholders requirement are met.

  • Relevant third level qualification in Building Services Engineering or similar qualification

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD, Navisworks and Microsoft Office Packages.

Due to continuous expansion, Tritech Group are seeking a permanent Electrical Project Manager for a two-year project in the Southeast of Ireland.  The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site from initiation to completion.  This candidate will report directly to the Group Electrical Director.  This role is based in Dublin and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with contractors, estimators, quantity surveyor, sub-contractors, engineers, to ensure that all tasks are completed according to plan.
  • Communicating with clients to keep them informed of project status and potential issues.
  • Managing the bidding process for projects to ensure that they adhere to company standards.
  • Ensuring that all work complies with site and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Preparing detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Managing the budget for project ensuring costs are controlled and within limits set by the client.
  • Evaluate overall project performance on a regular basis on a regular basis to provide confidence that the project will satisfy the relevant quality standards.
  • Liaise with client & management team on an ongoing basis to ensure scope of works is delivered & shareholders requirement are met.
  • Issue Management and clients with project progress reports on a regular basis and attend management project review meetings.
Background, experience & skills Experience:   
  • Relevant third level qualification in Building Services Engineering or similar qualification
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a contracting environment essential
  • Proven ability of managing and delivering of large projects
  • Good leadership Skills to motivate and direct a team
  • Excellent IT and Technical Skills
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Package will be in line with qualifications and experience.

Purpose of Role: We are currently looking for an ambitious Electrical Project Engineer to join our team.  The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical skills and proven experience in all aspects of electrical design, construction, safety & client satisfaction.   This role is based in Dublin and surrounding areas depending on sites. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Undertake a full design review of drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure compliance with the applicable standards and industry guides. Ensure Works are installed in accordance with Project specifications and to the Project QA plan (namely pre-agreed benchmarking)
  • Responsible for developing engineering alternative solutions, including detailed calculations and sketches for client approval.
  • Familiarisation of Design/IFC specifications and drawings to fully understand the scope of the Project works ensuring spec compliance and as per schedule priority. This will require generation/management of Requests for Information (RFI) for issuing to the client
  • Engineering software tools including, Dialux or Relux, Amtech Pro Design, Navisworks, BIM 360, Procore or similar.
  •  Review of the co-ordinated construction drawings and documentation and prepare and monitor technical submittals for approval by the client.
  •  Detailed review of specialist supplier packages for compliance with project specification, applicable industry standards and design intent specifications.
  • Prepare and monitor procurement schedule in conjunction with the procurement team
  •  Review BCAR preliminary inspection plan and coordinate with the quality team. Monitor LEED and BREEAM requirements as directed.
 Role Requirements:
  • A Level 7/8 Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Services Engineering or Building Services Engineering
  • 3+ years’ experience in similar industry is desirable
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD, Navisworks and Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Excellent time management and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and work to strict deadlines
  • Good knowledge of the current electrical, fire alarm and emergency lighting standards within Ireland.
