We are looking to hire an ambitious HR Administrator to join our team based in Baldonnell Business Park, Clondalkin, D22 E973.

Role

  • Recruitment – including advertising, candidate screening, interview organisation etc
  • Creation and maintenance of employee files including preparation of contracts of employment and follow up of same
  • General HR administration including filing, reference checks, letters etc.
  • Coordination of internal training
  • Tracking of Apprenticeships
  • Support the HR Manager in participating and delivering HR improvement projects.
  • Assistance with Onboarding/Offboarding

Requirements

  • Third level HR/ Business qualification essential
  • Recruitment (full cycle experience) essential
  • Excellent IT skills MS Office
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience / knowledge of the construction industry may be advantageous.
