We are looking to hire an ambitious HR Administrator to join our team based in Baldonnell Business Park, Clondalkin, D22 E973.

- Recruitment – including advertising, candidate screening, interview organisation etc
- Creation and maintenance of employee files including preparation of contracts of employment and follow up of same
- General HR administration including filing, reference checks, letters etc.
- Coordination of internal training
- Tracking of Apprenticeships
- Support the HR Manager in participating and delivering HR improvement projects.
- Assistance with Onboarding/Offboarding
- Third level HR/ Business qualification essential
- Recruitment (full cycle experience) essential
- Excellent IT skills MS Office
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience / knowledge of the construction industry may be advantageous.
