Our graduate engineering staff receive CIBSE accredited training modules and soft skills development. Our engineering and management teams undergo leadership training through our accredited external partner firm. We engage with Construction Professionals Skillnet and several staff are currently undergoing CIOB accredited Cert & Diploma courses.
