The ladies of Tritech got together for lunch to celebrate this important day and how we can continue to #breakthebias against women in construction. We continue to highlight the under-representation of women in construction and are working tirelessly to break the stigma attached through education and networking to promote the exchange of experiences. The construction industry has come a long way when it comes to the representation of women – but there is still more to be done.
