Finally face to face!

On 8th April we enjoyed our first face to face meeting of the management teams since late 2019. The event was held in the Clayton Hotel on Burlington road. We were joined by Tiffany Quinn, our digital marketing consultant to present the new website. Tiffany was involved throughout the project and helped to visualise and communicate who Tritech is and why we do what we do. The site is now live at www.tritech.ie Enjoy!!

 

Our Managing Director, Joe Delaney outlined the company’s positive and strong performance over the pandemic and thanked everybody for all of their support throughout this difficult period. He discussed the ambitions of the company to continue to grow and this is reflected in a strong pipeline of projects through to 2024.

Darkness into light

Our H&S Director, Peter Keane and Senior H&S adviser, Ruth Hayes gave a review of our safety performance for Q1. They discussed initiatives for Q2 and announced the winners of the Site leader board and the safety slogan competition (See H&S section for the winner announcement).

Stephen Keane and David Patton gave a presentation on our Procore implementation and Hilti positioning tool equipment currently in use on Sandyford Central Project.

Engineers

Eamonn Gibney our Leadership trainer joined us for team building, planning and motivation section followed by our Commercial Director, Tom Comerford & Procurement manager, Lorraine Sheehan who discussed the changes to the commercial department with the addition of JP Curran as Plant & Logistics manager and Daire O Connor as Procurement Administrator. Lorraine also discussed the current difficulties in the supply chain and the best methods to be employed to avoid disruption on your projects.

Our Electrical Directors, Gus Reilly & Chris Duffy talked about the training academy and what has been achieved since the appointment of Mark Farrell as training coordinator and Karl Craddock for electrical mentoring. Chris spoke about his experience since joining the firm and discussed the recent LEAN workshop we attended in February. Chris is chair of our sustainability committee and outlined the objectives and short term goals for the green team.
