Joe Delaney – Group Managing Director
Joe joined Tritech Engineering in 2003 as Managing Director and shareholder. He holds a Building Services Degree and is a member of Engineers Ireland. He has served as President of MEBSCA and M&ECA and as a member of the Executive Council of the CIF. He has 25 years’ experience in delivering major projects across all sectors of the industry, notably in pharmaceutical, medical devices, commercial, healthcare, and residential developments.
Joe effectively leads a dedicated professional team in the strategic management of the company. He is particularly noted for his positivity, integrity, and dependability. He is passionate about people and technology and how equally important these two are in propelling any business forward.
Joe has a keen interest in motorsport and regularly attends F1 races. He enjoys running and fitness training.
Peter Keane – QEHS & Maintenance Director
Peter is QEHS & Maintenance Director at Tritech and oversees all maintenance activities, Health & Safety department and training and recruitment across the Group. He began his career as a plumbing apprentice in 1986 and progressed to senior management level before jointly establishing Tritech in 1999.
With three decades of experience in the HVAC industry, Peter brings a wealth of expertise to the operations side of the business. Along with the other directors, Peter ensures that Health and Safety is embraced from the top down. His leadership in cultivating talent at all levels within the organisation, is a testament to his commitment in continuously driving higher standards across the business.
Peter is a huge GAA supporter and is actively involved in coaching juvenile teams at his local club.
Tom Comerford – Commercial Director
Tom is a highly motivated leader with a proven record of accomplishment working in a competitive environment. Tom oversees an experienced estimating team, with a strong emphasis on mentoring, training, processes, and procedures. His focus is on building relationships with our client base and delivering value for money for our customers.
Tom has extensive experience in the mechanical sector, he completed an apprenticeship in 1988 and progressed through to supervisory role overseeing mechanical installations in multiple sectors in Ireland, England & Europe.
Tom has a keen interest in motorbikes, cycling, GAA, Travel and Reading. He has completed the full circuit of the Irish coast on his motorbike and plans to do the trip in reverse in case he missed a bit.
Fergal Reilly – Electrical Director
Fergal joined Tritech in 2008 as Electrical Director, having gained valuable management experience in Ireland, United Kingdom and Australia. As a talented craftsman, he returned to college studying Information Technology and oversaw contracts for large service providers throughout Ireland.
With over 35 years’ experience in every sector of the electrical industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and technical ability. With a high emphasis on quality and a positive management style, he leads the progression of the electrical department.
Chris Duffy – Electrical Operations Director
Chris has been involved in the construction industry for over four decades and in that time, he has delivered projects in many locations across the world including Europe, UK, Africa, and Australasia. Chris held the role of Board Director and M&E Operations Director with a Tier one M&E contractor prior to joining Tritech as Electrical Operation Director in 2021.
He has a record of accomplishment for managing the delivery of largescale projects for some of the world’s leading blue-chip organisations and under his leadership all projects are managed expertly and efficiently to the highest standards of safety and quality Chris was also involved in the music industry for many years and still enjoys songwriting and collaborating when time permits.
Stephen Keane – Mechanical Operations Director
Stephen has been involved in the construction industry for over three decades and in that time he has delivered projects in sectors including Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences and the general Building Services field for Irish & International clients.
Stephen leads our project delivery teams and chairs regular meetings to ensure that we are providing the right resource, at the right time, to deliver in line with our commitments. In acknowledgement of Stephens abilities, he was appointed to the board as Mechanical Operations Director in 2019.
Stephen is a GAA supporter and has a keen interest in clay shooting.
Lisa Keane – Group Financial Controller
Lisa joined Tritech in 2004 in the role of financial controller. She completed a BA in 1997 from Maynooth University and then went on to complete ACCA Exams from 2003 – 2006. She is an affiliate member of ACCA. Her role involves working with the Finance Team in the delivery of all financial information. This information supports the Management Teams in completing day-to-day tasks and decision making.
She likes being involved in a growing company with a positive working environment that is constantly changing and evolving to meets its business needs.
Lorraine Sheehan – Group Purchasing Manager
Lorraine Sheehan is a Purchasing Manager specialist who has successfully grown this role within Tritech since her commencement in 2009. She develops and maintains key relationships with suppliers and manages company assets and inventory. Lorraine is also a key member of the overall Management Team as well as having people management experience in the Purchasing area.
Lorraine works with a can-do attitude and is a positive influence on those around her. Prior to joining Tritech Lorraine had a highly successful career as a Business Management Professional in the areas of finance and sales. In her downtime Lorraine likes to spend time with family and friends and is a keen walker.
Barry Kennedy – Mechanical Contracts Manager
Barry is a Project Manager with extensive experience delivering large scale mechanical projects across all industry sectors for Tritech Engineering since 2006. A driven leader of successful teams with a passion for collaboration and effective communication.
Barry enjoys working as part of a team and engaging in training and mentoring team members with a view to preparing them assume greater responsibilities within Tritech. With almost 20 years’ experience he is adept at coordinating with our clients, design teams & construction teams ensuring the best possible outcome is accomplished for all parties across all aspects of the project.
Graduating from TUD, Bolton Street in 2002 he is a disciplined engineer with a drive for setting and maintaining high standards across company divisions. Barry is a process & detailed orientated Project Manager setting out to achieve maximum efficiency with regards project delivery. His focus and attention to detail has resulted in the successful delivery of some of our most complex projects to date. He is client focused with an emphasis in quality assurance with a view to delivering the best possible project to the client on behalf of Tritech Engineering.
David Connolly – Maintenance Manager
David Connolly is our Maintenance Operations Manager. He started his career with Tritech in 2001 as an apprentice plumber, and has gained a huge amount of experience with the company from domestic to commercial installations across multiple sectors. He is a registered gas installer and vastly experienced in all aspects of HVAC.
He enjoys working with Tritech as everyone has the same goal and every day has its own challenges and there is a good social element to the company. He enjoys getting out to play golf and watching Leinster & Ireland play rugby.
David Patton – BIM Manager
David Patton is our BIM manager with 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. In 2007 David transitioned from his role as electrician and began to work as a Design Technician. David explored BIM Technologies, which was an immerging process at the time, gaining his first BIM related certification in 2009. David is now a specialist in his field, gaining experience through multi-disciplinary and multi complexity projects.
David endeavours to add innovative technologies and workflows to his department with the attitude of always improving with innovation and building on experience. A keen clay pigeon shooter David enjoys being out and active.
Declan Kirwan – Maintenance Project Manager
Declan is a Project Manager with extensive experience gained over four decades in the delivery of complex projects in live environments for our global corporate & domestic clients. He has a hands on and detailed approach, consistently delivering results beyond the clients expectations with the highest standards in the industry. Thorough and collaborative leader with a firm commitment to the highest standards of quality assurance and health & safety.
Declan has enjoyed playing soccer to a high level all his life and likes a game of golf on the weekends.
Enda Crennan – Mechanical Project Manager
Enda Crennan is a mechanical Project Manager with over twenty-four years’ experience in the industry across a wide range of sectors from data centres to marquee projects such as the NCC.
Enda started his career with Mercury working his way up from apprentice to lead supervisor before joining Tritech in 2015. He has a keen interest in continual professional development and undertaken many courses with an emphasis on skills honing. He completed a project management and IT CPD during his time in Tritech.
Enda is involved in the GAA in a coaching capacity and believes that the team ethos is mirrored in his work life with Tritech.
Gary Connolly – Group Commercial Manager
Gary Connolly is the Group Commercial Manager with almost two decades of experience within the construction sector. Gary is responsible for managing the Surveying Department within Tritech assisting project surveyors and the wider project team in delivering projects on time, in budget whilst meeting the client’s expectations.
Gary started his career working on sites, progressing into quantity surveying with Construction/ Development companies gaining valuable experience. Moving into the specialist field of M&E quantity surveying Gary has over a decade of experience managing the financial and contractual aspects of a diverse range of projects from pharmaceutical, commercial, high rise residential, healthcare, etc.
Prior to and throughout his professional career Gary has completed a BSC. in Computing Science, Dip. in Site Management, Cert. in Building Energy Rating, and an MSc. in Quantity Surveying.
Gary enjoys catching up with family and friends, especially over a nice meal. And on those finer sunny weekends he will be strolling through a wood or up a hill with his wife and two children.
Joe Hunt – Mechanical Project Manager
Joe joined Tritech in 2010 and has over 26 years’ experience across various sectors from office fit outs to large pharmaceutical projects. He is a proactive, results-oriented mechanical management professional. Joe has an impressive record of accomplishment of successful project execution while ensuring efficient work process and cost-effective solutions are a priority.
He is a proven leader who builds strong working relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and architects alike, demonstrating a finely honed talent for construction management. In his spare time Joe enjoys sports and spending time with his family and friends.
Liam Curry – Maintenance Account Manager
Liam Curry commenced his career as an apprentice plumber with a tier 1 contractor in 1995. He advanced to supervisor level and managed the daily site operations at charge-hand level. In 2002 he joined a medical gas firm, over the next three years he became highly experienced in the Medical Gas Pipework installation and servicing and catered for clients’ needs on a nationwide basis.
In 2005 Liam accepted on opportunity as Maintenance Department Manager. He was responsible for the daily operations of the maintenance department and reported directly to the maintenance Director. He has extensive experience managing large multi-building corporate clients.
In 2017 Liam joined Tritech Engineering maintenance department to further strengthen the management team and provides strategic direction and governance on all major Client accounts, ensuring quality service delivery across all aspects of management agreements and key involvement in the implementation & mobilisation of new client sites.
Noel Reville – Maintenance Contracts Manager
Noel graduated from DIT in 2012 with a BSc & BEng. He then emigrated to Australia where he secured his first professional role as a Project Engineer for a tier 2 M&E contractor. During his time in Australia, Noel travelled throughout the country commissioning projects ranging in various sectors such as mining/ parliament houses & aqua farming.
Since then, Noel now specialises in Project & Account management where he has acquired a wealth of knowledge in this field over 7 years. Noel has a keen interest in travelling, cars, crypto currency, and sports. He regularly enjoys running and cycles up the Dublin mountains.
Roger Reid – Electrical Project Manager
Roger is a highly effective Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience managing within construction industry. Roger specialises in delivering multiple turnkey projects on time, on budget and to our ISO accredited quality standards.
A team player who believes in co-operation at all levels to focus on the project deliverables. Having completed his BEng in Electrical Services Engineering to accompany his QQI Level 6 Advanced Electrical Craft Certificate, Roger can adapt to the complexities of any type of project. Roger lives in the countryside enjoys the out-door life keeping active with regular walking and cycling.
Rory Daly – Mechanical Contracts Manager
Rory Daly is an experienced Contracts Manager. Rory joined the team in 2013 on returning from a stint in Australia. During his time down under he worked as a project manager with a tier 1 mechanical contractor. His projects included a landmark PPP bio sciences centre, the largest of its kind in the southern hemisphere.
Since his return he has delivered some of Tritech’s most prestigious and largest projects to date across the pharmaceutical, commercial, residential, hotel, healthcare, and educational sectors. Rory holds a BEng (Level 8) Mechanical from Napier University Edinburgh, he brings strong engineering knowledge to his projects and a record of accomplishment for finding solutions to the most challenging of engineering and logistical problems. In his spare time, he is a keen rugby supporter and enjoys the occasional weekend sports trip, but mostly these days he is kept busy with his young family.
Sean Sheridan – Electrical Project Manager
Sean Sheridan is a highly effective Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Sean specializes in delivering multiple turnkey projects on time, on budget and to our ISO accredited quality standards. A team player who believes in co-operation at all levels to focus on the project deliverables.
Having completed his BEng in Electrical Services Engineering to accompany his QQI Level 6 Advanced Electrical Craft Certificate, Sean can adapt to the complexities of any type of project. Sean is an active open water swimmer with an aptitude for the outdoors and staying “reasonably” fit.
Ruth Hayes – Senior EHS Advisor
Ruth Hayes is the Senior EHS Advisor for Tritech Engineering. During Ruth’s time at Tritech, she has participated in annual ISO Accredited audits and has managed to achieve 3 ISO accreditations. As part of the EHS Department, Ruth has entered the NISO awards annually and has recently achieved a Distinction award.
As the Senior EHS Advisor Ruth manages the EHS Department and provides mentorship and support to the team where necessary. Ruth also manages the safety on Construction sites by conducting regular site visits, which involves monitoring safety standards for Tritech employees and Tritech subcontractors and auditing related paperwork and ensuring Tritech are maintaining their ISO accreditations.
Ruth regularly arranges for Environmental & Wellness Initiatives in the workplace as she is quite passionate about the environment and animals. Ruth as a huge interest in cooking, enjoys long hikes and walk, curling up with an enjoyable book or watching her favourite TV programmes.
Brendan Long – Electrical Project Manager
Brendan Long is an electrical Project Manager with 30+ years of experience across many sectors of the industry including data centres, pharmaceutical, educational, offices to name a few. He has worked with Tier 1 contractors to bring numerous projects to completion on time and in budget.
Brendan started his career as an apprentice and worked his way up through all stages of the industry gaining valuable experience and knowledge along the way. He is a problem solver and uses his knowledge and experience to find solutions in new and innovative ways.
Brendan has a keen interest in Rugby and travelling, combining both whenever he can. He has also been known to bake the odd Sourdough loaf on occasion.
John Waters – Mechanical Project Manager
John is a Project Manager with over 30 years’ experience in the industry across multiple disciplines from consultancy to project management. John is adept at coordinating with our clients, design teams & construction teams ensuring the best possible outcome is accomplished for all parties across all aspects of the project.

George Murphy – Mechanical Project Manager
Proactive, results-oriented mechanical management professional brings 25 years of certifiable success coordinating the on-time and on-budget delivery of diverse large-scale projects. Extensive experience planning and executing installation and preventative maintenance of a wide range of electrical and mechanical services.
Persuasive communicator builds strong working relationships with clients, contractors, vendors and architects alike, demonstrating a finely honed talent for contract administration, negotiations and pricing. Thorough and collaborative leader with a firm commitment to the highest standards of quality assurance and health & safety. Impressive track record of overhauling disorganised environments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
George’s interests outside of work include training national hunt horses, skills he is passing on to the next generation in his young family. He is a keen supporter of GAA & rugby.
