Project Scope:

The project consisted of the refurbishment of the shopping centre and management suite. The electrical upgrade included new internal lighting, distribution boards, security installation, EV Charger system & network system.

Client vision/objectives:

Renovation works which took place completely transformed the centre and included new façade, canopies, an extension which included a new management suite, car park layout enhancements and a newly designed 1st floor mall – The Orpen Mall. This now brings the desired Village community atmosphere to the mall.

Unique challenges of the project:

All works were completed in a challenging occupied environment. This included a sizeable percentage of out of hours work to facilitate the completion of high footfall areas in the mall. Retail tenant's requests had to be accommodated to ensure smooth progression.

Tritech Methods/Innovations:

Tritech management personnel engaged with the main contractor, client, consultants and retail owners at pre-construction of stage of each phase to co-ordinated the complex installation of our services. Daytime & nigh time supervisors seamlessly transferred control after each shift to ensure there were no gaps in the install.
