Project Scope:
The Grange is a multi-story residential development located on the Stillorgan Road, Dublin. The
development consists of 287 high-end apartments split across four Blocks (H, J, M & N). Block N is standalone while the H, J & M share a common underground carpark. The main entrance block also includes an amenity space design including state of the art gym, cinema room, business centre, games room and chill out zones. Breakdown as follows:
Block H (7 - 11 storeys from Brewery Road) comprising 99 no. apartments,
Block J (5 - 10 storeys from Brewery Road) comprising 75 no. apartments,
Block M (4 - 9 storeys from podium) comprising 73 no. apartments.
Block N (6 - 7 storeys from Brewery Road) comprising 40 no. apartments
Client vision/objectives:
The Grange occupies a strategic location off the N11 and only eight kilometres from the Dublin city centre. With its favourable south Dublin address, The Grange offers easy access to Foxrock, Blackrock Village, Dundrum, Donnybrook, Stillorgan, Sandyford, Ballsbridge, Ranelagh as well as the M50 and Dublin Airport. It is an impressive residential development offering stylish apartments with great local amenities nearby.
Unique challenges of the project:
The site has existing occupied buildings which makes the day to day running of the site a full-time co-ordination process.
Tritech Methods/Innovations:
Tritech utilised offsite prefabricated containment for the entire project minimising labour and waste.
