Project Scope:

Tritech Engineering were appointed as the Mechanical Services Contractor on this prestigious project, by Park Developments. The six storey over basement office building extends to over 125,000 sq.ft. with floor plates of 23,000 sq. ft. finished to the highest standards, featuring LEED Gold V4 accreditation and A3 BER Certification. The M+E scope included the installation of landlord shell & core services for the commercial space complete fitout of 40 residential units. It has been designed to readily and efficiently split to accommodate requirements of various sizes. The project was delivered to BIM level 2 and Tritech carried out the role of lead coordinator for all services.

To achieve the highest standards and achieve LEED Gold V4 accreditation and A3 BER Certification.

Unique challenges of the project:

The building was designed to readily and efficiently split to accommodate requirements of all sizes from 500 square metres up and that flexibility required careful consideration in the control of mechanical services.

Tritech Methods/Innovations:

We managed a review of the BEMS strategy to ensure we could manage the assets from the landlords side while providing for the letting subdivision strategy.
