Project Scope:

Tritech performed the role of PSCS on this project. This included replacement of existing Air Handling Unit fans & burners, wiring and installation of new BMS system & re-construction of existing distribution boards.

Client vision/objectives:

The modernisation of existing plant & controls ensured superior control over utility supplies and provide a more comfortable environment for the centre’s clientele.

Unique challenges of the project:

As Tritech were responsible for the role of PSCS, the challenges of keeping the progression of works on track were extremely difficult due to Covid restrictions. As the retail sector was extremely curtailed during this time, sequencing of works & programme co-ordination was a major challenge.

Tritech Methods/Innovations:

Tritech ensured maximum flexibility within our own workforce and with our sub-contractors to fulfil the Covid affected stop/start contract. By continually interacting with the consultant engineers, sub-contractors & retail management, we made full use of all windows opportunity to progress the works to completion.
