Project Scope:
The scope of work covers the complete design and installation of a mechanical frost protection heating system to the warehouse along with gas pipework, alterations to existing water services, installation of A/C in new Comms room, removal of all existing grilles in office areas and toilets to allow for the removal of the ceiling to install sprinklers, the reinstatement of grilles, the full rebalance of the existing plant and the supply of new fire extinguishers. Electrical scope included alterations to MV and sub mains, alterations to internal services to accommodate new racking layouts, security services, EV chargers, BMS wiring & life safety systems.

Ensure the work is executed to the highest standard, within the approved budget, and in accordance with the contractual programme.
Unique challenges of the project:
As the project was delivered under a design and build contract, it was Tritech’s responsibility to develop and implement an effective frost protection system for the new sprinkler installation within the 26,613 sqm warehouse.

Collaborated closely with the consultant, main contractor, and client to ensure all works were executed to the highest standard, fully aligning with the client’s specifications, requirements, and expectations.
